Da nessuna parte features the collaboration of four Newcastle University master students, me and Paolo Angeli.

Valentine is my first album, featuring 6 original tracks.

The music of the album has been compared to the efforts for Miles Davis (in his Gil Evans period), McCoy Tyner and some of the classic jazz albums issued in the 1950s in labels like Blue Note and Prestige.

2011. Simon Mas & Family Issues
My second album. 14 original tracks featuring blues and acoustic rock numbers.
The music has been compared to that of the Dave Matthews band, early Dylan, Mumford & Sons, and Lou Reed.
